John W. Ransom

John Ransom has more than 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry. He spent 10 years at Wachovia and co-founded the healthcare finance group there in 1988 before joining Raymond James in 1996 as a healthcare services analyst. In addition to serving as managing director of the healthcare group, Ransom covers a number of sectors, including alternate site healthcare providers, retail drugstores, hospital management companies, and drug distributors. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Presbyterian College and his MBA from the University of Georgia.
