Brad Sturges

Brad Sturges is managing director and a publishing equity research analyst covering the Canadian real estate and REITs sector at Raymond James Ltd. Brad joined the firm in August 2020. He has more than 15 years of sell-side equity research experience, most recently at IA Securities, where he established and developed its real estate and REITs franchise over a five-year period starting in 2015. Sturges also spent close to nine years from 2006 to 2015 as part of the Canadian real estate and REITs equity research team at CIBC World Markets. He holds a bachelor’s degree in honours business administration from Wilfrid Laurier University in Waterloo, Ontario, and is a CFA^®charterholder.
