Mark joined the firm in 1995 as a member of the National Housing Group. He currently serves as the lead banker for state and local housing finance agencies in Arizona, California, Colorado, Nevada, New Mexico, Oklahoma and Texas. He is a frequent speaker at national housing bond conferences. Prior to joining the firm, Mark was a housing banker at a regional firm in Denver for four years. He also worked for five years as an attorney at the Dallas-based law firm of Locke Lord, where he was in the corporate/bond area focusing on housing finance.

Mark received a Juris Doctor degree from the SMU Dedman School of Law, where he was a Sumners Scholar and an editor of the law review. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree cum laude in economics from Georgetown University, where he was a National Merit Scholar. Mark also attended the University of Madrid and is fluent in Spanish. He holds Series 7, 50, 53 and 63 securities licenses.
