Cory Daugard is a member of the Raymond James Energy Investment Banking Group. He has 25 years of experience, during which he has advised both public and private clients on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, public equity offerings, high-yield offerings, Term Loan B syndications, senior secured credit and bridge facilities, private placements, fairness opinions, and corporate restructuring/bankruptcies. He has also assessed strategic alternatives, primarily across the energy spectrum both domestically and internationally, including oilfield services, exploration and production, midstream, and downstream. Before joining Raymond James, Mr. Daugard was a managing director and head of oilfield services at Houlihan Lokey. Prior to Houlihan Lokey, he was managing director with RBC Capital Markets, a director with Huron Consulting Group, and a director with Arthur Andersen’s corporate finance practice. Mr. Daugard holds a BBA in accounting and finance at Texas A&M University. He is a Certified Public Accountant.*
