Onorio Lucchese

Onorio Lucchese joined Raymond James in 2021 as a Managing Director, Head of Real Estate and has 20 plus years of investment banking experience. He was previously at Brookfield Financial as a Managing Partner overseeing their North American real estate advisory practice. Previously, he was a Managing Director in BMO Capital Markets real estate group and was involved in numerous M&A, equity and debt financing transactions across all real estate asset classes. Prior to BMO, Onorio launched and successfully grew Dundee Capital Markets real estate investment banking group working with a broad range of public REITs and private real estate companies. He began his investment banking career in TD Securities’ Communications and Media group working on a variety of M&A and financing transactions across the Canadian cable, telecom and broadcasting industries. 

Onorio is a registered Professional Engineer of Ontario and spent 5 years as a consulting engineer for the land development industry. 

Onorio holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering degree and an MBA from the University of Toronto.
