Vennette Ho

Drawing from her 15-plus years of investment banking experience, Vennette Ho spearheaded Financo’s industry-leading beauty and personal care practice around the globe before joining Raymond James in 2021. She focuses on M&A and equity capital raises for rapidly growing companies. Ms. Ho was named by Mergers & Acquisitions magazine as one of the Most Influential Women in Mid-Market M&A, and by Women’s Wear Daily as one of the 50 Most Powerful Women in Beauty. Forbes and CircleUp have also recognized Ms. Ho in their annual Consumer Catalyst Awards, which honors top dealmakers and influencers in the consumer industry for emerging brands.

Aside from her past role with Financo, Ms. Ho worked at Lazard in equity research and at Bloomingdale’s in merchandising. She received an MBA with honors from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor of Arts with honors from Brown University. Ms. Ho is a member of the Board of Governors of Cosmetic Executive Women. She also serves on the board of Children’s Academy, a nonprofit K-12 school for children with special needs.
