Patrick has over 32 years of investment banking experience and has focused exclusively on the healthcare sector for his entire career. He currently serves as co-head of the Healthcare Finance group at Raymond James. Most recently, he served as a managing director and head of not-for-profit healthcare investment banking at Wells Fargo. Prior to Wells Fargo, he led the not-for-profit healthcare group at Jefferies after spending more than 12 years as a managing director at Goldman Sachs in the tax-exempt healthcare group.

Patrick has extensive experience structuring and executing bond transactions, interest rate swaps and strategic merger and acquisition transactions for both community-based hospitals and multistate healthcare systems. In addition, he has provided sophisticated strategic, credit and capital planning advisory services for numerous healthcare issuers throughout the country. During his extensive career, Patrick has completed transactions for Partners Health System (Massachusetts), PeaceHealth (Washington), Johns Hopkins Health System (Maryland), Dana-Farber Cancer Institute (Massachusetts), Trinity Health (Michigan), Wake Forest Baptist (North Carolina), Baptist Health (Kentucky), Bon Secours Health System (Maryland), Orlando Health (Florida), Catholic Health East (Pennsylvania), Essentia Health (Minnesota), Roper St. Francis Hospital (South Carolina), Baptist Health System (Alabama), and Baylor Health System (Texas), Southcoast Health (Massachusetts), Memorial Health (Florida), Dartmouth Hitchcock (New Hampshire), Lee Memorial Health System (Florida), Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady Health System (Louisiana), Maine Health & Higher Education Facilities Authority, and Care Alliance Health System (South Carolina). Patrick received a Bachelor of Arts degree in history from Lake Forest College.
