As president of Hake Investment Group, Thomas Hake has served the St. Louis, Missouri, community as a financial advisor and business owner since 1995. Aligning with Raymond James, his team provides wealth management and financial planning services to clients throughout the United States.

In 2019, Raymond James appointed Tom the national co-chair of the Raymond James Pride Financial Advisors Network. As founder of this new inclusion network, Tom is leading Raymond James in support to clients, financial advisors and allies who identify within and serve the LGBT+ community. Most recently, Tom was recognized as a 2019 InvestmentNews Excellence in Diversity & Inclusion award recipient. This nationally curated award program recognizes financial services leaders for their diversity and inclusion accomplishments in the industry.

As a native St. Louisan, Tom enjoys supporting the outstanding cultural institutions in the region. He regularly visits Powell Symphony Hall, the Fox Theater, Opera Theater St. Louis, and Forest Park – the crown jewel of the city. Tom enjoys frequent travel and often attends national leadership and investment conferences, while also taking important time to visit clients, family and friends throughout the country.

Raymond James has recognized Tom for his exemplary service and expertise, naming him to the Institute of Management Consulting in 2018 and the Marketing Advisory Council in 2018 and 2019*, and presenting him Practice Intelligence awards in 2016 and 2018**.

Tom is a graduate of Saint Louis University where he earned his Master of Finance and bachelor’s degree in finance. He is also a member of the 2018 class of Leadership St. Louis.

Outside of his work in financial services, Tom gives back to his community and has been recognized for his efforts. InvestmentNews named him a See It, Be It Role Model in 2019***. He is a board member of the Missouri Baptist Hospital Foundation, a Keystone Society member of Doorways Interfaith Housing and a Federal Club member of the Human Rights Campaign.
