Kevin Gramza joined Raymond James in 2013 and presently serves as a director of the firm’s Consumer Investment Banking practice. Mr. Gramza has been providing broad industry and transactional advice to growth-oriented consumer companies and private equity firms in a multitude of sectors, including consumer services, food and beverage and consumer products. He has advised on more than 25 transactions totaling $5 billion of aggregate value that span mergers, acquisitions, corporate divestitures, private capital raises and public equity financings. Mr. Gramza graduated from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, where he earned a B.S. in economics with a concentration in finance.
