Bernardine Perreira, CFP®

Bernardine is a seasoned professional with over 25 years business experience and over a decade of experience in the wealth management field. She holds the Certified Financial Planner (TM) designation and is currently working towards her Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP) designation.; She is a member of the executive committee of Estate Planning Council of Toronto.

Bernardine joined Raymond James Ltd. In 2012, after building her own successful practice at a bank-owned brokerage firm. She is a dual licensed financial advisor specializing in Canada/US cross-border investment management and financial planning for executives and professionals. She especially enjoys serving members of the LGBTQ+ community.

Bernardine has contributed to many LGBTQ+ community organizations including Ontario Gay Lesbian Chamber of Commerce, Out and Out Club, ExeQutive, LGBT Giving Network. Bernardine served as a Board Member and President of the Pride and Remembrance Association from 2010 to 2015. Bernardine served as President of the Pride and Remembrance Foundation from 2010 to 2017.  Bernardine currently serves on the Raymond James Ltd., Pride LGBTQ+ Inclusion Network, Raymond James Ltd., Diversity Council and RJF Pride Financial Advisors Network Council.

Bernardine is a Toronto native and lives there with her partner of 22 years. She is an avid traveler and enjoys cycling, hiking, cross-country skiing, yoga, and golf.

Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards Inc. owns the certification marks CFP^®, Certified Financial Planner™, CFP^® (with plaque design) and CFP^® (with flame design) in the U.S., which it awards to individuals who successfully complete CFP Board’s initial and ongoing certification requirements.
