Andrea Nichols

Andrea Nichols is a Director of Human Resources, HR Business Partner at Raymond James, acting as a strategic partner to business leaders providing professional HR guidance and support to Raymond James & Associates (Northern Division and Florida Region branches), the Financial Institutions Division and Private Client Group Education. Andrea joined Raymond James in 2013. In her role, she partners with business leaders to identify, prioritize, and build organizational capabilities, behaviors, structures, and processes to support the overall business strategy.

Andrea has over 20 years of human resource management experience. Prior to joining Raymond James, she managed the HR-function at mid and large size organizations in a variety of industries including healthcare, newspaper and non-profit.

She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in general studies from Indiana University. She also holds the following professional certifications: Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and Strategic HR Business Partner (sHRBP).
