Executive Compensation Services

The Executive Compensation Services (ECS) team is available to host educational workshops to empower public company executives and employees to make informed decisions concerning their equity compensation and employer stock holdings.

The ECS team can facilitate cashless option exercises in addition to vesting date sales to cover tax withholdings.

With extensive experience with designing and executing successful 10b5-1 plans, ECS focuses on each individual’s specific objectives and price targets. The team can also provide continuing education to company employees and management about evolving 10b5-1 best practices.
